Managing Director
Caroline Ceasar Shija is the Founder and Managing Director of EmCa Techonologies Limited, building Software as a Service platforms for SACCOS, schools, SMEs, and religious organizations across Tanzania. Under her leadership, EmCa Techonologies has grown from zero proprietary systems to five live products SACCOSLink, ShuleXpert, WauminiLink, MauzoLink, and PangishaLink. She also leads governance and Human Resource consultancy work for cooperative societies, including Moshi Rural Teachers SACCOS and Hai Rural Teachers SACCOS.
